Pricing
The prices for the products listed on this site are in New Zealand dollars and include GST, but exclude delivery charges. We reserve the right to amend or rectify any errors in pricing or product description within 24 hours of being notified of it.

We want you to have a safe and secure shopping experience online. All payments via our sites are processed using SSL (Secure Socket Layer) protocol, whereby sensitive information is encrypted to protect your privacy.
Ordering
An order made via our website is an offer to purchase product/s. When we receive a valid order from you, we will acknowledge by email, that we have received and are processing your order.
We will take payment from you when we accept your order.
Cancellation
Once your order is confirmed we are unable to change or cancel any aspects of it. Please carefully check your order details before completing payment.
Pickup
Collection is available from Moreish Kitchen HQ in Queensbury (Cnr State Highway 6 & Pukekowhai Drive)
- Friday 22nd December 1-4pm.

Delivery Delays
We endeavour to arrive on time, yet circumstances out of our control, such as road works, traffic or weather, may delay us. We will NOT be responsible for any cost incurred should the delivery or service be delayed.

As required by the Privacy Act 1993, we follow security procedures in the storage and disclosure of information, which you have given us, to prevent unauthorised access. Information obtained from website users may be collated and used for statistical purposes, but will not identify the user in any way.
Consumer Guarantees Act
Nothing in these terms and conditions will limit or affect your rights as a consumer under the Consumer Guarantees Act 1993 to the extent that such limitation or other contracting out is prohibited by that Act.
Force Majeure
We will not be responsible for any delay or failure to comply with our obligations under these terms of sale if the delay or failure arises from any cause which was beyond our reasonable control. This does not affect any of your statutory rights.
